The Zone is a mixed H.I.I.T (high-intensity-interval-training) fitness studio that seeks to provide a great workout environment and proficient trainers that work hand in hand to deliver the most exciting, effective and efficient workout.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (H.I.I.T)
Intimidating as they sound, H.I.I.T workouts are suitable for both athletics and beginners alike! These workouts are formulated to work around every individual’s personal fitness capacity.
Our head trainers plan unique H.I.I.T workouts everyday. These workouts are typically a set of 4-8 full body exercises conducted in circuits. These workouts are highly efficient and will build lean muscle while sending your metabolism through the roof!
BURN FAT EFFICIENTLY
H.I.I.T workouts are extremely efficient, allowing you to burn more calories than traditional exercises in just short spans of 30 minutes. It is also studied that H.I.I.T workouts improve your metabolism for days after your workout!

Our workouts consist of whole body exercises that are aerobic, strength building and functional in nature. With weighted exercises in the workout, you can expect to gain lean muscle that gets you into tighter shape!

Definitely! Our workouts are H.I.I.T in nature. The beauty of H.I.I.T circuit workouts is that everyone will be able to push their own individual limits despite working on the same exercises and intervals.
You will be working at your own pace without having to keep up with anyone else!

For the record, women are equally capable of weights as men. However, our workouts consist of a range of bodyweight exercises and weighted exercises that can be done by both men and women alike. Due to the nature of our workouts, you have the option of choice to accomplish the same results using any range of weights from light to heavy.
You will not be expected to do any traditional heavy weight lifting.
Our workouts are catered towards holistic and proportional fitness.
You will definitely be able to pack on lean muscle and achieve an awe-inspiring greek god body (see Cristiano Ronaldo/Hugh Jackman) if that is what you are searching for. However, you should not expect to get to a huge bodybuilder size through our workouts.
Definitely not! Our workouts are NOT catered towards building large muscles. You can expect to gain healthy lean muscle that will make you look more toned and less flabby. It is a myth that exercising with weights will get you to a huge size. Bodybuilders go through strict diets of huge calorie intake, supplements and extremely heavy weights to build mass.
You will actually find lots of slim looking people who frequent the gym!
